Onsite Computer Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

Is your laptop or desktop computer on the fritz? Want someone to be there in person to take a look at it? We’ve got you covered.

Services Include:

• Diagnose & troubleshoot a single system, onsite and in person!
• Depending on what we identify to be the problem, additional fees may apply to resolve the issue. We will let you know before you incur any additional charges!
• Service is for the first hour only. Additional time is at $45/hour after the first, billed in 15 minute increments. Reasonable service area only. Must be within 20 miles of Niagara Falls, NY.
• Hardware, if necessary, is not included. We will quote you for the cost of any hardware that needs to be replaced before any additional charges are incurred.
• REQUIREMENTS/RESTRICTIONS:
  • Currently only available for Windows based laptops or desktops. Servers are not covered under this service, nor are other devices to include printers, networking equipment or cell phones. Please email us if you have any questions before purchasing this service.
