Service Includes:
- An expert computer tech comes to you
- Provides computer support or assistance for variety of concerns from printer installation to Windows Password removal and more.
- Receive 1 hour of support or assistance. Additional hours are billed at $45 / hour, minimum half hour increments.
- For new computer setup and data transfer, please see our “New Setup Service” to book an appointment
Services NOT included:
- Coaching or tutorials. If you’d like to learn how to use your new computer, we’d be glad to teach you, but please book us for a training session, not for this service.
*You must have an active Internet service and at the very least a local network router. The friendly local technician will be able to tell you if your printer is capable of being installed via your network if you have any questions when they arrive onsite.
***You must live within a 20 mile radius of North Tonawanda, NY.
