• Depending on what we identify to be the problem, additional fees may apply to resolve the issue. We will let you know before you incur any additional charges!
• Service is for the first hour only. Additional time is at $45/hour after the first, billed in 15 minute increments.
• Hardware, if necessary, is not included. We will quote you for the cost of any hardware that needs to be replaced before any additional charges are incurred. If any hardware is necessary, an onsite support service or pickup/drop off service will be required. We’ll go over everything before any additional costs are incurred and quote you before work continues.
• REQUIREMENTS:
  • Your system must be able load to “normal mode” and connect to the Internet in order for us to perform this service.   • If an onsite support service is found to be required, or a pickup/drop off service is required, you must live within 25 miles of the Lockport, NY area.**
